Práce se zabývá souvislostí motivace sociálních pracovníků k pomáhající profesi se závislostí v interpersonálním vztahu sociálního pracovníka a klienta. Práce vymezuje základní pojmy jako pomáhání, altruismus, egoismus, pomáhající profese, motivace k pomáhání, vztah, závislost v interpersonálním vztahu, sebereflexe, supervize. Obecný popis je ilustrován jednoduchými příklady z praxe sociálních pracovníků oblastní charity a pracovníků Orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí, a sice v oblasti motivací a závislosti. Cílem práce je poukázat na nutnost znalosti nevědomých motivů k pomáhání a podpory sociálních pracovníků formou psychohygieny a supervize. The thesis deals with the connection of motivation of social workers to the helping profession with addiction in interpersonal relationship of social worker and client. The thesis defines basic terms such as helping, altruism, egoism, helping profession, motivation to help, relationship, dependence in interpersonal relationship, selfreflection, supervision. The general description is illustrated by simple examples of the practice of social workers of the regional charity and of the staff of the Social and Legal Protection of Children, namely in the area of motivation and addiction. The aim of this work is to point out the necessity of knowledge of unconscious motives to help and support social workers in the form of psychohygiene and supervision.
