Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou obezity a nadváhy. Teoretická část zahrnuje klasifikaci obezity a nadváhy, rozčlenění faktorů vzniku, komplikací obezity, poruchy příjmu potravy a léčbu obezity včetně pohybové aktivity. Součástí teoretické části jsou i jídelní zvyklosti různých generací, trendy ve stravování především u dětí. V bakalářské práci se dotýkám se i zásad zdravého stravování. Závěrem jsou shrnuty možnosti prevence obezity a nadváhy u dětí a dospělých. V praktické části jsou na základě dotazníkového šetření vyhodnoceny a porovnávány stravovací zvyklosti obézních cvičících a cvičících s nadváhou mezi různými generacemi. Graficky jsou znázorněny a vyhodnoceny spotřeby mas, ovoce a zeleniny, mléčných výrobků, typy nápojů a dále i jídelní zvyklosti a fyzická aktivita. Hodnocení vychází z kvantitativního zpracování dotazníků u dvou věkových kategorií ve skupinkách cvičících obézních a osob s nadváhou docházejících na skupinová cvičení společnosti STOB a na skupinová cvičení na Praze 4 Braník. Cílem bakalářské práce je porovnání stravovacích zvyklostí a jídelního chování u cvičících osob s nadváhou a obézních jedinců náležejících do různých generací a na základě toho poukázat na nedostatky, ale i pozitiva ve výživě těchto generací. Výsledky šetření byly zpracovány do grafů a tabulek. Na... The bachelor thesis deals with the problems of obesity and overweight. The theoretical part includes the classification of obesity and overweight, the division of factors of origin, complications of obesity, eating disorders, and the treatment of obesity including physical activity. A section of the theoretical part considers the eating habits of different generations, and trends in eating especially among children. Furthermore, the bachelor thesis deals with the principles of healthy eating. In conclusion, there are summarized possibilities for the prevention of obesity and overweight in children and adults. In the practical part, on the basis of a questionnaire survey, the eating habits of overweight and obese trainees from different generations are evaluated and compared. Graphically, the consumption of meat, fruit and vegetables, dairy products, beverage types, as well as eating habits and physical activity are illustrated and evaluated. The evaluation is based on the quantitative questionnaire processing of two age categories in groups of obese and overweight people attending STOB group exercises and group exercises in Prague 4 Branik.
