Souhrn Cíl: Zjistit, zda existuje vztah mezi ischemickým indexem a kyslíkovou saturací v retinálních cévách u pacientů s větvovou a kmenovou venózní okluzí. Metodika: Provedli jsme prospektivní, průřezovou studii. Soubor tvořilo 43 očí 43 pacientů s retinální venózní okluzí (RVO), z nichž 23 pacientů mělo kmenovou retinální okluzi (CRVO) a 20 pacientů větvovou retinální okluzi (BRVO). U všech pacientů jsme hodnotily cévní saturaci pomocí automatické retinální oxymetrie (Oxymap Inc., Reykjavik, Iceland). Ischemický index byl určen pomocí širokoúhlé fluorescenční angiografie (Heidelberg Engineering GmbH, Heidelberg, Germany). Výsledky: Ve skupině očí s BRVO byla průměrná arteriální saturace (± SD) 100 ± 11 %, průměrná venózní saturace 52 ± 13 % a průměrná A-V diference byla 48 ± 16 %. Průměrný ischemický index (ISI) nabýval v této skupně hodnoty 0,48 (rozsah hodnot 0-1). U pacientů s BRVO jsme nenalezli žádnou statisticky signifikantní korelaci mezi ischemickým indexem a cévní saturací. Oči postižené kmenovou okluzí (CRVO) měly průměrnou arteriální saturaci 101 ± 6 %, venózní saturaci 44 ± 11 % a A-V diferenci 58 ± 10 %. Methods: We performed a prospective, cross-sectional study. The cohort consisted of 43 eyes of 43patients with retinal vein occlusions (RVO), 23 of whom had central retinal vein occlusions (CRVO) and 20 who had branch retinal vein occlusions (BRVO). We evaluated the retinal vessel saturation using an automatic retinal oximetry device (Oxymap Inc., Reykjavik, Iceland). The retinal ischemic index (ISI) was determined using ultra-wide-field fluorescein angiography (Heidelberg Engineering GmbH, Heidelberg, Germany). Results: Mean arterial saturation (± SD) was 100 ± 11 %, mean vein saturation was 52 ±13 % and mean A-V difference was 48 ± 16 % in eyes with BRVO.
