Diplomová práca J. Iršai – Prehľad života a diela obsahuje 6 kapitol. V prvej sme hovorili o živote J. Iršaia v Rusku, poukázali sme aj na negatívny vplyv sovietskeho režimu na život umelcov. V druhej kapitole sme hovorili o J. Iršaiovi už po jeho emigrácií na Slovensko. Tretia kapitola sa celá venovala tvorbe J. Iršaia, štvrtá len jeho cyklu Listy Ofodurovi. Piata kapitola je venovaná klavírnej tvorbe J. Iršaia. V šiestej kapitole sme robili rozbor vybranej tvorby J. Iršaia – a to klavírnych skladieb Tasaufi a druhú klavírnu sonátu Sny môjho detstva. Poslednú kapitolu sme venovali problémom, ktorým musia súčasní autori čeliť. Master thesis E. Irshai – Overview of life and work contains 6 chapters. In first chapter we spoke of life of E. Irshai in Russia, we pointed out negative impact of soviet regime on life of artists. In second chapter we talked about E. Irshai after his emigration to Slovakia. Third chapter is dedicated to his work overall, fourth chapter only to his cykle Letter to Ofodur. Fifth chapter contains information on his piano works. In sixth chapter we did brief analysis of some selected works – Tasaufi and his second piano sonata Dreams of my childhood. Last chapter is dedicated to problems, that contemporary composers have to face.
