Prediction of materials parameters and tensile loading curve based on instrumented indentation test has been developed. FEM model for ball indentation tests has been developed which in parameter calculation produced corresponding materials data. V práci byla rozvinuta metoda predikce materiálových parametrů a tahové zatěžovací křivky z instrumentované indentační zkoušky. Byl vytvořen MKP model pro indentaci kuličkou, který v parametrickém výpočtu poskytl odpovídající data.
