Moje bakalářská práce se zabývá rozdílností husího, kachního a kajčího peří. Práce se zaměřuje na testování v laboratoři, tudíž není |prováděna dotazníkovou formou. Výzkum byl prováděn ve společnosti Kamýk Daunen s. r. o., sídlící v Kamýku nad Vltavou, která se zabývá zpracováním husího a kachního peří a výrobou péřových produktů, zejména přikrývek, polštářů a matrací. V teoretické části se zabýváme těmito kapitolami: kachna pekingská kolmá, husa česká, husa sněžní, kajka mořská, peří, produkce peří a vliv na člověka. V praktické části provádíme laboratorní měření obsahu oleje a tuku, vlhkosti, oxidačního čísla, plnivosti, turbidity a pH v porovnání husího, kachního a kajčího peří v různých poměrech peří a prachového peří. Cílem mé bakalářské práce je napsat odbornou rešerši na dané téma, shrnout poznámky o produkci a získávání peří a věnovat se laboratorním metodám, které je u peří možné provádět. Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit, jaký typ peří je vhodnější pro kvalitní a každodenní spánek. Existuje několik druhů peří, které se používají jako náplň do péřových výrobků. Předmětem zkoumání byl rozdíl mezi husím, kachním a kajčím peřím. Jako husí peří jsme používali peří z plemene husy české a husy sněžní. U kachního peří jsme zvolili kachnu pekingskou kolmou a u kajčího peří to byla kajka mořská. My bachelor thesis deals with the difference between goose, duck and eider feather. The main focus is aimed on laboratory testing; therefore no survey was carried out. The research was performed at the company Kamýk Daunen s.r.o., based in Kamýk nad Vltavou. Kamyk Daunen deals with the processing of goose and duck feather for production of feather and down filled products, duvets, pillows and mattress toppers in particular. The theoretical part of this thesis is a study of the following duck and goose species and their down and feather: Peking duck, Czech goose, Snow goose and the Common eider, and the impact of the specific feather and down of these species on human. As well as the production of feather in general. In the practical part we perform laboratory measurements of fat and oil content, humidity, oxidation number, fill power, turbidity and pH when goose, duck and eider feather with different down content are compared. The aim of my bachelor thesis is to write a specialized research on a given topic, summarize notes about the production and acquisition of feather, and to pursue laboratory methods that are applicable in this case. The main aim of the thesis is to discover, which type of feather is most suitable for quality daily sleep. As indicated before, there are several different kinds of feather that are used as a filling material for feather filled products. We have examined the difference between goose, duck and eider feather. As for the goose feather we had used feather from a goose of Czech goose and Snow goose breeds. For duck feather we have opted for the Peking duck and the eider was the Common eider.
