V mé bakalářské práci jsem porovnávala hladiny trombocytů nabrané do zkumavky s K3EDTOU a s TromboExactem. Měření jsem prováděla na analyzátoru firmy Sysmex XN 1000. Vyhodnotila jsem statistickou významnost odběru do zkumavky s ThromboExactem a procentuální zastoupení pseudotrombocytopenie. In my bachelor work I was comparing the level of the trombocytes picked up in a test cube with K3EDTA and TromboExact. I have done the measuring on the analyzer of the Sysmex XN 1000 company. I evaluated the statistical significance of the ThromboExact test tubes collection and the percentage of pseudotrombocytopenia.
