Abstract: In this study the potential antiviral effect of several natural compounds was characterized. These plant-derived substances were tested on PMJ2R cells (cell line derived from murine macrophages) for the antiviral effect using three infection/treatment schemes: (1) treatment 24 hours before the infection, (2) treatment 24 hours post infection, and (3) immediate treatment after the infection.
