[cze][eng] Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na sociální práci s lidmi se syndromem demence. Jejím tématem jsou sociální pracovníci, kteří pracují v domovech se zvláštním režimem v Kraji Vysočina a poskytují v rámci nich své služby klientům těchto organizací. Důležitým cílem je přitom popsat specifika, možnosti a limity sociální práce s lidmi se syndromem demence v Kraji Vysočina. Vyhledávala jsem mezi různými organizacemi, které se nachází v Kraji Vysočina a poskytují služby zahrnující péči o klienty s demencí. V rámci těchto organizací jsem se zajímala o sociální pracovníky, obecné informace o nich, jejich náplň a specifika práce, metodickou a odbornou podporu, spolupráci s ostatními pracovníky apod. Se získanými informacemi jsem pracovala především v praktické části této práce. V teoretické části jsem se zaměřila na získání obecných informací týkající se demence a to od prvních příznaků až po rozdělení na jednotlivé typy demencí. Dále jsem získala důležité podklady z oblasti sociální práce, které jsem později mohla využít při komunikaci se sociálními pracovníky a následně při zpracování praktické části práce. Praktickou část jsem vypracovávala kvalitativním výzkumem za pomoci metody dotazování s použitím polostandardizovaného rozhovoru s informanty. Tyto informanty jsem vybírala na základě dostupnosti. Získané informace jsem dále zpracovávala metodou otevřeného kódování, na základě kterého jsem vytvořila kategorie a podkategorie, jejich obsah a v něm obsažené tabulky. Vypracovala jsem také SWOT analýzu sociální práce, její silné a slabé stránky, příležitosti a rizika. SWOT analýzu jsem vypracovala nejprve pro každou organizaci samostatně a následně dohromady za všechny organizace. Výstupem práce je detailní náhled na činnosti sociálních pracovníků v domovech se zvláštním režimem, jejich porovnání mezi sebou. Z výsledků provedeného výzkumu jsem došla k závěru, že činnosti sociálních pracovníků v domovech se zvláštním režimem se ve většině případů shodují. Až na drobné výjimky se sociální pracovníci v popisu své náplně práce, popisu chodu organizace apod. v uvedených informací sešli. Důležitým cílem většiny sociálních pracovníků je zajištění a udržení kontaktu klienta s jeho rodinou, komunikace s rodinou, zjištění informace o klientovi a pomoc od rodiny.This bachelor thesis focuses on social work with dementia syndrome people. The subject is social workers who work in a special regime homes in the Vysočina Region and provide their services to clients of these organizations. An important goal is to describe the specifics, possibilities and limits of social work with dementia syndrome people in the Vysočina Region. I have been searching between various organizations which u can find in the Vysočina Region and that are providing services for the clients with dementia. Within these organizations I was interested in social workers, general information about them, content and the specifics of their work, methodical and professional support, cooperation with other workers, etc. With obtained information I worked mainly in the practical part of this work. In the theoretical part, I focused on obtaining general information on dementia, from the first symptoms to the splitting up to individual types of dementia. I also received important documents from the social work area, which I could use in communication with social workers later and consequently in the processing of the practical part of the work. The practical part I created by using qualitative research in questionings method using semi-standardized interview with informants. These informants I selected based on availability. Obtained information were processed by using the open coding method, which was furthermore created as categories and subcategories, their content and the tables contained therein. I also created SWOT analysis of social work, its strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and risks. First I created a SWOT analysis for each organization separately and then for all organizations together. Issue of this work is a detailed view of the activities of social workers in special regime homes and their comparison with each other. From the results based on research, I came to the conclusion that the activities of social workers in homes with a special regime there is a match in most cases. Social workers are agree with their work description, organization rules and provided information, there are minor exceptions. An important goal of most social workers is to obtain and maintain client contact with theirs family, communication with the family, finding information about the client and helping from the family.
