[cze][eng] V současné době mají všeobecné sestry uplatnění nejen v klasických zdravotnických zařízeních, ale mají také možnost zapojit se do zahraničních misí. Na území České republiky působí hned několik organizací, které zabezpečují humanitární pomoc v zemích třetího světa. Koncepce bakalářské práce je teoreticko empirická. Teoretická část je rozdělena na několik částí. V první části se pojednává o globalizaci a migraci obyvatel. Dále se zabývá náboženstvím a jednotlivými humanitárními organizacemi. Další kapitola poukazuje na roli všeobecné sestry, jak tomu bylo dříve a nyní. Poslední část teoretické práce se zabývá požadavky, které je třeba splnit před odletem na zahraniční misi. Následně na to navazují základní onemocnění, se kterými se zdravotník na misi může při ošetřování setkat. Druhou část bakalářské práce tvoří výzkumná šetření. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, jaká je náplň práce sestry na zahraničních misích v jednotlivých organizacích. Pro dosažení cíle byly stanoveny tři výzkumné otázky. Jaká je příprava všeobecné sestry před výjezdem na misi? Jaká jsou specifika práce sestry na zahraničních misích? Jaké jsou zkušenosti všeobecných sester na zahraničních misích? Pro empirickou část práce byla zvolena metoda kvalitativního výzkumného šetření. Odpovědi byly získávány pomocí předem připraveného polostrukturovaného rozhovoru se sestrami, které se účastnily některé zahraniční stáže. Z výsledků výzkumného šetření vyplývá, že hlavní náplní práce sestry na misi je ošetřování raněných během válečných konfliktů, především pak rodiček a novorozenců, či obyvatel, kteří neměli dostatek financí na ošetření v nemocnici. Dále pak také edukace místního zdravotnického personálu v oblasti poskytování odborné ošetřovatelské pomoci nemocným. Výsledky mohou pomoci studentům i sestrám ke zmapování možností výjezdu na zahraniční misi s humanitární organizací.Now a days nurses can work not only in health institutions but they can get involved in abroad missions. In the Czech Republic there are several organizations which offer humanitarian help in the countries of the third world. The concept of the bachelor thesis is theoretical - empiric. The theoretical part is devided into some parts. The first part is about globalization and about migration of people. Then there is written about religion and about individual humanitarian organizations. The other chapter points to the role of the nurse in the past and now a days. The last part of theoretical work contains demands that you must fulfil before your abroad mission. Then there is written about diseases which you can meet during treatment on the abroad mission. The second part of the bachelor thesis is a research survey. The aim of the work was to find what the nurse must do on the abroad mission in individual organizations. Three research questions have been identified to achieve the goal. What is the preparation of the nurse before leaving? What is the specific of her work on her abroad mission? What is the experience of nurses on the abroad mission? In the empiric part of the thesis a method of qualitative research surney. Responses were obtained through a pre-prepared semi-structured interview with nurses who took part in some abroad missions. From the researching results follows, that the main aim of the nurse on the abroad mission is to treat wounded persons during the war conflicts. But she must take care of expectant mothers and new born babies too. She looks after inhabitants who didnt't have enough money to pay their medical treatment in the hospital. She educates local health personnel to give a specialist health treatment to sick persons. The results can help students and nurses to know their possibilities to go to the abroad missions with the humanitarian organization.
