[cze][eng] Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit problematiku předoperační a pooperační péče z pohledu pacienta. Autorka bakalářské práce stanovila další cíl, jímž je popsat zvláštnosti ošetřovatelské péče před a po artroskopii ramene. Informace získané od pacientů a sester jsou roztříděny do jednotlivých kategorií, v nichž jsou následně porovnávány. Z výzkumného šetření vyplyne, jakým způsobem vnímají pacienti artroskopickou operaci ramene a s tím související hospitalizaci. Teoretická část bakalářské práce se zabývá historií chirurgických oborů. Věnuje se vzniku ortopedie jako samostatného oboru, počátkům anestezie a nutnosti sterilního prostředí na operačních sálech. Popisuje anatomii ramenního kloubu, vyšetřovací metody a indikace i kontraindikace k artroskopické operaci ramenního kloubu. Zaměřuje se na samotnou artroskopii, přičemž popisuje průběh operace a druhy artroskopických výkonů. V praktické části bakalářské práce je obsaženo výzkumné šetření, jež bylo v souvislosti s touto prací uskutečněno. Pro dosažení cíle jsou stanoveny výzkumné otázky, které se zaměřují na získání odpovědí pomocí předem připraveného polostrukturovaného rozhovoru pro pacienty a sestry na ortopedickém oddělení. Otázky se týkají oblasti předoperační přípravy a pooperační péče z pohledu pacienta a dále se zaměřují na oblast informovanosti pacientů. V neposlední řadě jsou zjišťovány zvláštnosti ošetřovatelské péče z pohledu všeobecné sestry. Jako zjištění ohledně zvláštnosti péče sestry uvedly kontrolu citlivosti a hybnosti operované končetiny a důkladnou hygienu operačního pole. Bylo zjištěno, že předoperační přípravu pacienti vnímali spíše pozitivně. A v pooperační péči bylo zjištěno, že příliš neprobíhalo aktivní vyhledávání pomoci pacientům. V návaznosti na uskutečněné výzkumné šetření vytvořila informační brožuru pro pacienty, v níž jsou obsaženy závěry plynoucí z výzkumu.The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to find problems of preoperative and postoperative care from the point of view of the patient. The author of the bachelor thesis set another goal to find out the peculiarities of nursing care before and after arthroscopy of the shoulder. Information gathered from patients and nurses are categorized and compared. According to the research we find out how patients perceive arthroscopic operation of the shoulder and the related hospitalization. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis deals with the history of surgical disciplines. It deals with the creation of orthopedics as a separate discipline, with the beginnings of anesthesia and with the need for a sterile environment in operating room. It describes anatomy of the shoulder joint, examination methods, indications and contraindications for arthroscopic operation of the shoulder joint. We focus on arthroscopy itself, describing the process of surgery and the types of arthroscopic procedures. In the practical part of the bachelor thesis is contained a research survey, which was realized for this work. We determine research questions for interview with patients and nurses in the department of orthopedic surgery. We use a pre-prepared semi-structured interview. Questions concern pre-operative preparation and post-operative nursing care in point of view of patient. The questions are focused also of patient awareness. We are looking for peculiarities of nursing care from the point of view of the general nurse. As an indication of the peculiarity of nursing care, the nurses have reviewed the sensitivity and momentum of the operating limb and the thorough hygiene of the operating field. Pre-operative preparation was found to be more positive in patients. And in post-operative care, it was found that there was too little active search to help patients. In the thesis, in connection with the realized research, has created an information brochure for patients, that contains results of the research survey.
