Na rozdíl od matematických metod řešení lineárních dynamických úloh jsou analytické metody řešení a analýza neli- neárních a nad to ještě analýza nelineárních časově heteronomních, tj. parametrických, úloh mnohem složitější a náročnější. Tyto soustavy mohou vykazovat mnohostranná dynamická chování, kde se v jistých senzibilních oblastech naladění objevují nové, mnohdy nečekané jevy, jako zákonitosti víceznačností řešení, bifurkace a štěpení amplitudofrekvenčních charakteristik, přechody pohybů regulárních v pohyby iregulární, až deterministického chaotického charakteru apod. Výše uvedené a další jevy se mohou vyskytovat při přesnějším fyzikálním modelování v třídě vysokoparametrických, tj. vysokootáčkových lehkých konstrukcí, např. u leteckých turbovrtulových motorů, kde otáčky hnacích turbín dosahují v současnosti hodnot až 80 tisíc otáček za minutu.
