Práce se zabývá vývojem nových druhů lehčených podlah na bázi druhotných surovin. V úvodu jsou prezentovány současné poznatky z oblasti lehčených stavebních hmot, především potěrů a lehkých pórovitých betonů. V práci je popsána stručná historie výroby pórobetonu a její vývoj až do současnosti. Dále je v práci popsán postup návrhu a zkoušení nových lehčených hmot pro použití do podlah. Navržené receptury byly podrobně testovány a byly vybrány nejlepší kombinace složek pro použití v podlahovém potěru na bázi lehkého pórovitého betonu. V práci je také zkoumána mikrostruktura vyvíjeného materiálu. Hlavním výsledkem disertační práce je vyvinutá hmota, která se již využívá v praxi a je vyráběna a prodávána na trhu jako součást systému lehčených stavebních hmot pro dokončovací práce. The thesis deals with the development of new type of lightweight floors based on secondary raw materials. In the introduction, the current knowledge in the field of lightweight building materials, especially screeds and lightweight porous concrete, is presented. The thesis describes brief history of production of aerated concrete and its development up to the present. Further, the thesis describes the procedure of design and testing of new lightweight materials for use in floors. The proposed recipe has been thoroughly tested and the best combination of components for use in lightweight porous concrete floor screed has been selected. The thesis also examines the microstructure of the material being developed. The main result of the dissertation is the developed product, which is already used in practice and is produced and sold on the market as part of the system of lightweight building materials.
