Výzkumy prováděné pomocí metod kvantitativní lingvistiky byly doposud jen zřídka aplikovány na čínštinu. Práce se proto zaměřuje na vybraná dílčí témata a jazykové experimenty, které testuje na materiálu dvou stylisticky rozličných korpusů textů psaných současnou čínštinou, přičemž na příslušných místech akcentuje stylistické rozdílnosti. Nejprve představuje základní kvantifikace textu, jako jsou průměrné délky vybraných jazykových jednotek, indexy slovního bohatství a některé indexy specifické pro čínštinu. Dále představuje frekvenční statistiky několika jazykových úrovní, jakož i frekvenční rozdělení tónů v obou korpusech. Další část se věnuje Zipfovu zákonu, čímž uzavírá první okruh témat. Dalším okruhem, jsou lineární struktury textu, které vychází především z prácí badatele Luďka Hřebíčka. Tato část prozkoumává myšlenku symetrie textu, podle níž je text organizován Menzerathovým- Altmannovým zákonem nejen ve vztazích mezi hierarchizovanými konstrukty a konstituenty mezi jazykovými úrovněmi, ale také ve své podobě coby sekvence jednotek. Práce tedy nabízí průzor do základního fungování kvantitativní lingvistiky na příkladu čínských textů, přičemž akcentuje jejich specifické zpracování. Research done using the methods of quantitative linguistics has been rather scarce in its application on Chinese so far. This thesis, therefore, focuses on chosen topics and tests various linguistic experiments on two stylistically different corpora written in modern Chinese, while emphasizing stylistic differences on respective places. First, a basic quantification of the two corpora is presented, including average lengths of selected language units, type-token ratio and, in addition, several Chinese-specific indices are introduced. The thesis further discusses frequency statistics of various language level as well as the frequency distribution of tones in both corpora. The following part is concerned with the Zipf's law, hence concluding the first set of topics. The last part deals with linear structures of a text, based primarily on the research done by Luděk Hřebíček. This section explores the idea of text symmetry, according to which a text is organized by the Menzerath-Altmann Law not only when it comes to relations between a construct and its constituents on all language levels, but also in its sequential form. Thus, the work offers an overview of the basic functioning of quantitative linguistics on the example of Chinese texts, emphasizing their specific processing. Key words: Quantitative...
