Nové syntetické drogy je rozsáhlá skupina návykových látek, které jsou syntetizovány především za účelem obejití současné legislativy. Nejčastěji jsou vytvářeny relativně nepatrnou změnou struktury dnes již dříve zakázaných látek. Jakékoliv drogy a jejich dlouhodobé užívání má velmi neblahý vliv na život jedince a celou společnost. Proto porozumění mechanismu jejich působení je důležité při léčbě jimi vyvolaných komplikacích a může také posloužit k vývoji léčiv použitelných pro léčbu některých onemocnění. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá dosavadními poznatky o mechanismu působení nových syntetických drogy - syntetických katinonů, především mefedronu, metylonu a MDPV. V práci je také pro porovnání uveden mechanismu působení amfetaminu. Klíčová slova: drogy, syntetické katinony, mefedron, metylon, MDPV New synthetic drugs are a large group of addictive substances currently synthesized for the purpose of circumventing legislation. Most often, they are created by a relatively slight change of the structure of previously banned substances. Any drugs and their long-term use have a detrimental effect on the life of the individual and society as a whole. Therefore, understanding the mechanism of their action is important for the treatment of complications caused by them and may also serve to develop drugs for treatment of certain diseases. This bachelor thesis deals with the current knowledge about the mechanism of action of new synthetic drugs - synthetic cathinones, especially mephedrone, methylone and MDPV.
