Bakalářská práce Vliv výživy u kojících žen na složení mateřského mléka je zpracována formou literární rešerše. Zabývá se vlivem stravovacích návyků matky na složení mateřského mléka a na výživu kojence. Zaměřuje se především na skupinu nutrientů, jejichž obsah v mateřském mléce úměrně závisí na příjmu matky. Práce analyzuje makronutrienty, mikronutrienty a potenciální alergeny v mléce, vliv příjmu tekutin na obsah a množství mléka a vliv doplňků stravy na produkci a kvalitu mléka. It deals with influence of mother's dietary habits on the composition of breastmilk and on the nutrition of the breast-fed child. It focuses primarily on a group of nutrients, whose content in breast milk is dependent on the mother's intake. Macronutrients, micronutrients and potential allergens in milk, the effect of fluid intake on the content and amount of milk, and the effect of dietary supplements on milk production and quality are described.
