Název: Vliv oxidu dusnatého na zdraví a výkonnost člověka Cíl práce: Vytvoření přehledu informací o zdrojích oxidu dusnatého a jeho účincích na zdraví a výkonnost lidského organismu. Metoda: Rešeršní studie bez výzkumné činnosti. Jedná se tedy o narativní (kvalitativní) přehled relevantních informací, ze kterých jsou vyvozeny závěry bez jakékoli kvantitativní manipulace či analýzy. Výsledky: Nitrátové suplementace opravdu lze sportovcům doporučit jako vhodný, povolený způsob pro zvýšení výkonnosti. V souvislosti s tím, je však zapotřebí dodržovat bezpečné dávkování nebo používat prostředky čistě na přírodní bázi, aby se zamezilo nežádoucím zdravotním rizikům. Methods: Review study without any research. It is, therefore, a narrative (qualitative) review of relevant information from which conclusions are drawn without any quantitative manipulation or analysis. Results: Nitrate supplements can really be recommended to athletes as a suitable, allowed way to improve performance. However, in order to avoid unnecessary health problems, it is necessary to keep safe dosing or use purely natural substances.
