Tato bakalářská práce s tématem "Syndrom vyhoření u vybraných pracovníků pomáhajících profesí z řad příslušníků ozbrojených složek, pracovníků ve zdravotnictví a školství" je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části - část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá především charakteristikou pojmu syndrom vyhoření, příznaky, projevy, léčbou a rovněž možnostmi prevence vyhoření. Zároveň jsou zde nastíněny jednotlivé pomáhající profese, které jsou zařazeny do výzkumu. Praktická část je zaměřena na zkoumání syndromu vyhoření u vybraných pracovníků, a to vyhodnocováním dotazníkového šetření. Předmětem zkoumání byly vedle subjektivních pocitů pracovníků a jejich informovanosti v otázce syndromu vyhoření, také zkušenosti přímo se syndromem vyhoření a prevencí. Výsledky praktické části ukázaly, že subjektivně nejvíce spokojena v aktuálním zaměstnání je skupina pedagogů. Nejméně spokojenou skupinou jsou zdravotní sestry. Dále jsem zjistila, že 97 % respondentů není spokojeno jak s finančním, tak současně se společenským ohodnocením. Dle výsledků šetření vyplynulo, že 44 % dotazovaných je spokojeno s pracovním prostředím. V praktické části jsem se také zaměřila na výzkum nejčastějších a nejméně častých metod vyrovnávání se se stresem. Ukázalo se, že nejvíce dotazovaných se vyrovnává se stresem pomocí... This bachelor thesis with the topic "The Burnout syndrome among selected workers in helping professions from the ranks of members of the armed forces, workers in health and education" is divided into two main parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is concerned especially with the characteristics of the concept of burnout, its symptoms, manifestations and possibilities of preventing it. There is also an outline of the various helping professions that are included in the research. The latter part focuses on examination of the burnout syndrome among selected workers by the evaluation of the questionnaire survey. The research focused on several issues. Subject to examination were next to the subjective feelings of the workers and their awareness of the issue, also direct experiences with the syndrome and its prevention. The survey results showed that subjectively the most satisfied group in the current occupation are educators. The least satisfied are the nurses. I also found out that 97 % of respondents were not satisfied with the financial and social evaluation. The results also show that 44 % of the interviewed is satisfied with the working environment.
