In combinatorics, there are several types of numbers which can be neatly arranged into triangular schemes. Important examples are binomial coefficients of the first kind, binomial coefficients of the second kind and the Lah numbers. The aim of the thesis is to introduce these numbers and derive their basic properties. Some interesting features are shown in relevant triangular schemes. V kombinatorice se vyskytuje celá řada čísel, která lze přehledně uspořádat do trojúhelníkových schémat. Patří mezi ně i kombinační čísla, kombinační čísla druhého druhu a Lahova čísla. V práci jsou tato užitečná čísla podrobněji představena a jsou odvozeny identity popisujíci vzájemné vztahy mezi nimi. Některé zajímavé vlastnosti jsou znázorněny i v příslušných trojúhelníkových schématech.
