IV Abstrakt Bakalá ská práce se zabývá významem kyseliny listové a železa v dob t hotenství. Zam uje se také na p irozené zdroje kyseliny listové a železa ve strav , rizika p i nedostatku v dob t hotenství a následné negativní dopady na zdraví matky a dít te. V praktické ástí jsou vyhodnocené dotazníky zjiš ující pov domí t hotných žen o d ležitosti kyseliny listové a železa p ed i b hem t hotenství a také jejich p ístup k p íjmu t chto mikronutrient v b žné strav . . Klí ová slova: t hotenství, výživa, kyselina listová, železo V Abstract This bachelor thesis deals with value of folic acid in period of pregnancy. Thesis also aims at natural sources of folic acid and iron in food, risks in lack of these during pregnancy and following negative impacts on health of child and mother. In practical part are evaluated questionnaires of pregnant women about importance of folic acid and iron during pregnancy and also accessibility for these micronutrients in normal food.
