3 ABSTRAKT Úvod Vzhledem k neustálému rychlému vývoji pracovních postupů, používaných technik a materiálů a celkově zvyšujícímu se pracovnímu tempu narůstá také riziko vzniku nových poškození z práce a nemocí z povolání ve společnosti. Cíl Cílem této práce je analyzovat výskyt nových ohrožení v pracovním prostředí, zhodnotit možnosti časné diagnostiky nových nemocí z povolání a možnosti jejich prevence. Součástí práce je srovnání situace v České republice v této oblasti s ostatními zeměmi Evropy. Materiál a metodika Tato disertační práce je souborem čtyř publikací se společným tématem - nové nemoci z povolání. První článek byl zaměřen na posuzování onemocnění bederní páteře z fyzického přetěžování jako nemoci z povolání v evropských zemích. Specialisté byli osloveni formou elektronického dotazníku, cíleného na diagnostiku a hodnocení tohoto onemocnění v jejich zemi. Ti, v jejichž zemi se onemocnění bederní páteře z přetěžování jako nemoc z povolání uznává, poskytli bližší informace o hodnocení a počtech případů. Druhá publikace se obdobně zabývala posuzováním a hodnocením syndromu vyhoření jako nemoci z povolání. Zástupci států, kde lze uznat profesionální syndrom vyhoření, poskytli bližší informace ke kritériím uznání profesionality i k zastoupení jednotlivých profesí pacientů. Třetí publikace upozornila... 6 ABSTRACT Background The existence of risks of new work-related disorders and occupational diseases in the society is constantly increasing in relation to the fast and continuous development of working conditions, techniques used, materials and overall acceleration of the working pace. Aim of the study The aim of the study is to analyse new risks in the working environment and to evaluate early diagnostic possibilities of new occupational diseases including their prevention. The study also compares the current situation in this field in the Czech Republic and other European countries. Materials and methods The doctoral dissertation is a multiple manuscript thesis focusing on one common topic - new occupational diseases. The first publication studied the acknowledgement of low-back pain disease caused by overload as an occupational disease. Specialists from European countries were inquired via questionnaire focusing on diagnostic and evaluation criteria of this disease in their countries. Representatives from countries acknowledging low-back pain diseases caused by overload provided further evaluation criteria and number of cases.
