[cze][eng] Tato práce se zabývá vlivem rozdílu teorie a praxe ošetřovatelství na kvalitu péče. Kvalitní ošetřovatelská péče je základním cílem současného ošetřovatelství. Cílem práce je zjistit míru a způsob poskytování kvalitní péče za současných podmínek. K naplnění cíle práce bylo použito metody kvalitativního výzkumného šetření s využitím polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Výzkumná otázka je směřována k zjištění, jakým způsobem a do jaké míry může být poskytována kvalitní péče za současných podmínek. Výzkumný soubor je tvořen kvalifikovanými sestrami a zdravotnickými asistenty pracujícími v nemocnici. Otázky, které byly respondentkám kladeny, byly zaměřeny na např. vzdělání, důležitost praxe, komunikaci, etický kodex apod. Dialogy byly nahrávány a následně přepsány. Analyzovány byly metodou tužka papír. Na základě analýzy odpovědí vzniklo 14. kategorií. Z výsledků šetření vyplynulo že, vzdělání v souvislosti s kvalitní ošetřovatelskou péčí je důležité do jisté míry, ale neopomenutelnou roli má také praxe sestry. Sestra praxí získává více zkušeností a dovedností k realizování ošetřovatelské péče. Dalším podstatným faktorem, který ovlivňuje kvalitní ošetřovatelskou péči a vytváří rozdíl mezi teorií a praxí, je mnohdy samotné převedení teoretických vědomostí do praxe. Práce sestry je často kompromitována s nemožností převést nabyté teoretické poznatky do vykonávané praxe. Provedeným výzkumem bylo zjištěno, že kvalitní ošetřovatelská péče je poskytována do určité míry. Úroveň poskytované péče ovlivňuje mnoho dalších faktorů, kromě již výše zmiňovaných a to např. míra dodržování etického kodexu sester, nevyužívání a neznalost koncepčních modelů, dostatečné množství materiálu na poskytování ošetřovatelské péče, kvalitní komunikace mezi sestrou a pacientem a dodržování práv pacientů. Práce je tvořena jako informační zdroj především pro zdravotnické profese, jenž poukazuje na rozdíl mezi teorií a praxí, kterému je potřeba věnovat pozornost.This thesis deals with the influence of the difference between the theory and practice of the nursing care on the quality of care. Quality nursing care is the fundamental goal of the contemporary nursing care. The aim of the thesis is to find out the extent and means of providing a quality care under the current conditions. A method of qualitative research survey with the semi-structured interview was used to carry out the aim of this thesis. The research question is aimed at determining in what way and to what extent a quality care can be provided under the current circumstances. The research sample consists of qualified nurses and health care assistants working in the hospital. The questions, which respondents were asked, were focused on e.g. an education, importance of practice, communication, ethical code etc. Dialogues were recorded and transcribed. They were analysed by the pencil - paper method. The results of the survey showed that in the context of quality nursing care, the education is important to a certain extent and the nurse experience has an important role as well. By practice, the nurse gains more experience and skills to implement to her nursing care. Another important factor influencing the quality of nursing care and creating the difference between theory and experience is mostly the transfer of theoretical knowledge into practice. The nurse's work is often compromised by the impossibility of transferring the acquired theoretical knowledge into practice. The research has shown that quality nursing care is provided to a certain extent. The level of the provided care affects many other factors, apart from those mentioned above, e.g. a compliance level with the Code of Ethics, non-utilization and ignorance of the conceptual models, sufficient amount of material on providing the nursing care, quality of communication between a nurse and a patient and an adherence to patients' rights. The thesis is created as an informational source especially for the medical professions pointing to the difference between the theory and the practice which needs to be addressed.
