Předmětem této bakalářské práce je vliv formálního mentoringového programu na děti s postižením, které se tohoto mentoringového programu účastní. Cílem výzkumné práce je zjistit, jak mentoringový vztah působí na dítě s postižením, a to z pohledu rodičů dítěte a koordinátorů formálního mentoringového programu. Text práce je rozdělen na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část bakalářské práce se zabývá pojmy mentoring, dobrovolnictví a zdravotní postižení. V praktické části byla užita kvalitativní výzkumná strategie s metodou dotazování a technikou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Výzkum probíhal s dvěma skupinami komunikačních partnerů, a to s koordinátory dobrovolníků a s rodiči dětí s postižením. Výzkumný soubor je tvořen 9 komunikačními partnery. The subject of this bachelor thesis is the influence of a formal mentoring program on children with disabilities who participate in this mentoring program. The main aim of the thesis is to finding out, how the formal mentoring program affects children with different types of disabilities, namely from the view of parents of the child and of coordinators of formal program of mentoring. The text is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis deal with concept of mentoring, volunteering and disability. The practical part contains a qualitative research strategy, where the metod of asking questions and the technique of a semi-structured interview was used. The research was conducted with two groups of communication partners, with volunteer coordinators and parents of children with disabilities. The research group consists of 9 comuniaction partners.
