Two strains of saprotrophic basidiomycetes - Hypholoma fasciculare and Rhodocollybia butyracea – were isolated from the oak wood in Xaverov (Prague, Czech Republic). We followed the production of extracellular enzymes in a laboratory setup as well as the composition of microbial community during the colonization of reconstructed soil profile Dva kmeny saprotrofních basidiomycet - Hypholoma fasciculare a Rhodocollybia butyracea - byly izolovány z dubového lesa v Xaverově (Praha). V laboratorním experimentu jsme sledovali produkci extracelulárních enzymů a složení mikrobiálního společenstva v průběhu kolonizace rekonstruovaného půdního profilu
