Abstract: The expression of adenosine deaminase related growth factor A (ADGF-A) during immune response was studied in Drosophila melanogaster. The effect of increased extracellular adenosine signaling due to hemocytes specific ADGF-A knockdown was investigated by subjecting the flies to the chill coma experiments.
