Bakalářská práce se zabývá vědeckými sociální sítěmi. V první části čtenáře seznamuje s úzce souvisejícími pojmy, jako jsou web 2.0, sociální média, Open Access. V druhé části pak definuje a mapuje samotné vědecké sociální sítě. V rámci této části jsou představeny i běžné sociální sítě, které jsou mezi vědci také hojně využívané. V závěru práce jsou prezentovány výsledky kvalitativního výzkumu na téma vědecké sociální sítě mezi pracovníky lékařských fakult Univerzity Karlovy. This bachelor thesis deals with the scientific social networks. Related terms as web 2.0, social media or Open Access are introduced in the first part of the work. The scientific social networks themselves are defined in the second part. This thesis introduces also the common used social networks which are widely used among scientists too. The outcomes from a qualitative research about social networks among researchers from medical faculties of Charles University are presented at the end of this thesis.
