Předmětem mé bakalářské práce je vypracování architektonické studie a projektové dokumentace pro provedení stavby samostatně stojícího bytového domu. Novostavba se nachází na okraji obce Slavkov, v okrese Opava. Jedná se o pětipodlažní nepodsklepený objekt se svislými konstrukcemi v systému Porotherm, monolitickými železobetonovými stropy a dvouplášťovou plochou střechou. V bytovém domě je navrženo sedm bytů a v 1. NP sedm garážových stání pro uživatele bytů. The subject of my bachelor thesis is the elaboration of an architectural study and project documentation for the construction of a dwelling house. The new building is located on the outskirts of slavkov, in the district of Opava. It is a five-storey non-cellar building with vertical structures in the Porotherm system, monolithic reinforced concrete ceilings and a double-skinned flat roof. There are seven apartments in the apartment building, and in the 1st floor seven garage spaces for apartment users.
