Táto bakalárska práca rozširuje štúdiu vytvorenú v letnom semestri 2016 do stupňa Dokumentácie pre stavebné povolenie a Dokumentácie pre prevedenie stavby. Štúdia bola vypracovaná v predmete AG 33 Ateliér architektonické tvorby. Téma práce je návrh Vinárstva Sekt Jan Petrák v obci Kobylí na Moravě. Navrhnutá zástavba obsahuje jeden samostatný bezbariérový byt vinára, dve ubytovacie jednotky na krátkodobé ubytovanie, zázemie pre výrobu sektu a miestnosti pre predaj a degustáciu sektu. Územie, v ktorom sa pozemok vinárstva nachádza je charakteristické kompaktnou zástavbou typu L. Okolité objekty sú väčšinou jednopodlažné so sedlovou strechou orientovanou rímsou smerom do ulice. Pozemok vinárstva je ľahko prístupný z hlavnej komunikácie. Nachádza sa na rovinatom teréne, so sklonom proti komunikácií. Hlavnou myšlienkou návrhu bolo vytvoriť prostredie, ktoré splňuje požiadavky pre rôzne situácie odohrávajúce sa v rodinnom vinárstve. Umiestnenie objektu na parcele citlivo rešpektuje charakter okolitej zástavby. Hmota objektu je vytvorená zlúčením klasického tvaru s novotvarom. Exteriérové schodisko, ktoré obklopuje studňu, pôsobí ako deliaci prvok verejnej a súkromnej časti dvora. This bachelor thesis extends the study created in the summer semester 2016 to the level of Building permit documentation and Documentation for execution of the project. The study was created in the subject AG 33 Ateliér architektonické tvorby. The theme of the thesis is the design of the Vinárství Sekt Jan Petrák in Kobylí na Morave. The designed development includes one separated barrier-free apartment, two accommodation units for short-term accommodation, a space for the production of sparkling wine and a rooms for sale and tasting of a sparkling wine. The area, in which the vinery is located, is characterized by a compact type L development. Surrounding objects are mostly single-storey with a saddle roof facing towards the street. Winery land is easily available from main roads. It is on a flat terrain, with a slope opposite communications. The main idea of the design was to create an environment, that meets the requirements for different situations occurring in family winery. The location of the building on the plot sensitively respects the character of the surrounding development. The mass of the object is created by merging the classical shape with the neoplasm. The exterior staircase, surrounding the well, acts as a dividing element of the public and private part of the yard.
