Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou pracovního prostředí ve společnosti Adventura s.r.o. se zaměřením na praktické aspekty využítí teoretických poznatků. Práce je člěněna do 4 hlavních částí. V úvodní části jsou stanoveny hypotézi a metodický postup práce. Ve druhé části se zabývá studiem odborné literatury pro formulaci teoretických východisek. V e třetí, stěžejní části práce, je detailní analýza situce společnosti. Ve čtvrté, syntetické části jsou formulovány závěry a doporučení pro management společnosti. Mater's thesis (hereinafter MT) is focused on working enviroment analysis in Adventura ltd. The main stress is put on practical aspects derivited from the teoretical background. MT is divided into 4 parts. In the beginning hypothesis is settled. The second part focus on theory for formulation of the teoretical starting point. The third pard consist of detailed analyses of the company enviroment. Recommendations for managament of the company are included in the final part.
