Předmětem této bakalářské práce je nepodsklepená novostavba rodinného domu s obytným podkrovím v obci Bošovice, katastrální území Bošovice. Stavba je z větší části provedena jako dřevostavba, se zděnou garáží pro 2 vozidla. Budova je rozdělena na část pro bydlení, fotoateliér a garáž. Dřevostavba je tvořena stěnami ze svislých trámů vyplněných tepelnou izolací a opláštěných sádrovláknitými a cementovláknitými deskami, stropy jsou z Posi-Joist nosníků s foukanou izolací. Dřevostavba je založena nad větranou vzduchovou mezerou. Obytná část s fotoateliérem je zastřešena sedlovou střechou, garáž je zastřešena plochou střechou. K vypracování výkresové dokumentace byl použit software AutoCAD. The subject of this bachelor thesis is a non-detached new building of a family house with a residential attic in the village Bošovice, cadastral area Bošovice. The construction is largely designed as a timber, with a brick garage for two vehicles. The building is divided into a housing section, photo studio and a garage.The wooden structure consists of walls made of wooden frame, filled with thermal insulation and covered with gypsum fiber and cement-fiber boards, the ceilings are made of Posi-Joist beams with blow-in insulation. The wooden structure is built above the crawlspace. The residential part with the photo studio is covered with a gabled roof, the garage is covered with a flat roof. AutoCAD software was used to draw the drawing documentation.
