Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice vrozených vývojových vad, přičemž se soustřeďuje na nejčastěji se vyskytující chromozomální aberace. Jejím hlavním zaměřením je biochemický screening těhotných pacientek, jakožto nedílná součást prenatální diagnostiky. Za cíl si klade přehledné shrnutí výsledků biochemického screeningu za I. i II. trimestr těhotenství včetně důležitých anamnestických údajů a výsledků UZ vyšetření. A dále sledovat korelaci mezi vybranými analyzovanými hodnotami a věkem pacientek. This thesis deals with the issue of congenital developmental defects, with the focus on the most frequently occurring chromosomal aberrations. The main focus is biochemical screening of pregnant women as an integral part of prenatal diagnostics. The aim is to summarize the results of biochemical screening for I. and II. trimester of pregnancy including important anamnestic data and UZ exam results. And further study the correlation between selected analyzed values and the age of the patients.
