Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na téma Etického kodexu zaměstnance Českých drah a.s. a jeho uplatňování v komunikaci. Teoretická část zpracovává problematiku etiky, etického kodexu, komunikace a popis společnosti České dráhy. V praktické části jsou analyzovány a interpretovány poznatky z výzkumu, který byl proveden metodou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Cílem praktické části je zjištění, jak velké povědomí mají zaměstnanci Českých drah o etickém kodexu společnosti, jak se jím řídí a uplatňují jej. This bachelor thesis focuses on the topic of the Ethical code of Czech railways Inc. employee and their application in communication. The theoretical part deals with issues of ethics, ethical code, communication and description of the company Czech Railways Inc. The practical part analyzes and interprets the findings from the research, which was done by the method of semi-structured interview. The aim of the practical part is to find out how well Czech Railways employees are well aware of the Code of Ethics of the company, how they obey and applied by it.
