Příspěvek přináší základní informace o evropských průvodcích kompetencemi v oblasti knihovnických a informačních služeb, o budoucí evropské certifikaci kompetencí a dodává provokativní otázky, zda jsme připraveni na tento vývoj a zda skutečně chceme být kompetentní. The contribution brings the main information about European guides of competencies in the field of library and information services, about future European certification of competencies and adds provocatives questions whether we are prepared for this development and whether we really wish to be competent.
