The method of in situ TEM observation of stress induced microscopic processes is briefly characterized. The technique is applied to follow martensitic transformations induced by stress in a CuAlNi shape memory alloy. Stručně je charakterizována metoda pozorování mikroskopických procesů indukovaných vnějším napětím přímo v transmisním elektronovém mikroskopu. Uvedenou metodou byly sledovány napěťově indukované martensitické transformace ve foliích paměťové slitiny CuAlNi.
