BAKALÁŘSKÉ PRÁCE Jméno: Bc. Martin Stříbrný Vedoucí práce: Mgr. Silvie Táborská Oponent práce: Název bakalářské práce: Fyzioterapie u pacientů po operační implantaci totální kloubní endoprotézy. S využitím cvičebního a diagnostického přístroje Imoove s labilní plochou. Abstrakt bakalářské práce: Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na problematiku operační implantace kloubních endoprotéz. V současnosti se jedná o jednu z nejčastěji prováděných operací. V teoretické části jsou zpracovány aktuální informace o operačních náhradách kyčelního a kolenního kloubu a následné rehabilitaci. Popsány jsou vybrané přístroje s labilní plochou. V praktické části byl zhodnocen terapeutický efekt dvoutýdenní rehabilitace na přístroji Imoove po operační náhradě kolenního kloubu. Pět pacientů bylo otestováno 3 týdny a 3 měsíce od operace. V šesti sledovaných kategoriích ze sedmi došlo mezi oběma testy ke zlepšení dosažených výsledků. Terapie s využitím přístroje Imoove měla na stav pacientů pozitivní vliv. By using exercise and diagnostic device Imoove with unstable surface Abstract: Bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of surgical implantation of articular endoprosthesis. Currently this is one of the most frequently performed operations. In the theoretical part, current informations of hip and knee replacement surgery and subsequent rehabilitation are processed. Selected devices with a balance platform are presented. Aim of the practical part was to evaluate the therapeutic effect of two-weeks long rehabilitation on the Imoove device after surgical replacement of the knee or the hip joint. Five patients were tested two times: 3 weeks and 3 months after surgery. Between these two tests the results were improved in the six of seven categories. The therapy with Imoove device has had a positive effect on the patients. Key words: balance platforms, endoprothesis, Imoove device, posture
