Předkládaná bakalářská práce pojednává o sexuálních potřebách žen v průběhu těhotenství. S ohledem na zaměření práce je v teoretické části popsána sexualita ženy, sexualita v těhotenství a je zde nahlédnuto i do historie lidské sexuality a historie sexu v těhotenství. Praktická část je věnována výzkumu. Celkem byly stanoveny čtyři cíle práce. Prvním cílem bylo zjistit, zda má těhotenství vliv na sexuální potřeby žen, druhým cílem bylo zjistit, zda dochází ke změně sexuálního života v průběhu těhotenství, třetí a čtvrtý cíl se zaměřil na informovanost žen o sexualitě v těhotenství a na zdroje ze kterých informace čerpají. Na podkladě stanovených cílů byly zvoleny výzkumné otázky. K vypracování výzkumné části byla zvolena metoda kvalitativního výzkumného šetření. Sběr dat byl proveden pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se ženami do pěti let po porodu. Výzkumný vzorek tvořilo deset žen a rozhovor obsahoval deset otevřených otázek. Získaná data byla analyzována metodou kódování v ruce neboli papír a tužka. Z výsledků výzkumu vyplynulo, že se sexuální apetence v těhotenství mění. s těmito změnami korespondují i změny frekvence sexuálních aktivit. Neuspokojivý výsledek vyplynul z výpovědí ohledně informovanosti a zdrojů informací o sexualitě v těhotenství. Zjištěny byly nedostatečné informace ze strany... This presented Bachelor thesis deals with the female sexual needs during pregnancy. Given the focus of the thesis, in the theoretical part is described the sexuality of the woman, the sexuality during pregnancy period and here is also found the history of human sexuality and the history of sex during pregnancy. The practical part is devoted to research. In total, four goals were set. The first objective was to find out if pregnancy had an effect on women's sexual needs, the second was to find out whether sexual life was changing during pregnancy, and third and fourth targets focused on informing women about sexuality during pregnancy and about the sources of information. On the basis of the objectives set, research questions were selected. A method of qualitative research was chosen to elaborate the research part. Data collection was conducted using semi-structured interviews with women within five years of delivery. The research sample consisted of ten women and the interview contained ten open questions. The obtained data were analyzed by the hand-coded method, paper and pencil. The results of research have shown that sexual appetite changes during pregnancy. Changes in frequency of sexual activities correspond to these appetite changes. The unsatisfactory result has emerged from testimonies...
