Abstract: This paper deals with a development of a network emulator which is part of a complex ICT tester. This work contains an analysis of concurrent systems for network emulation, both proprietary and open-source. Afterward describes a conception of the emulator and discusses chosen technologies for each part of the emulator software structure.
