VÝCHODISKA: I přes vysoký počet problémových uživatelů metamfetaminu v ČR, je léčba stále vedena pouze abstinenčně. Farmakoterapie ve smyslu substituční léčby zatím není zavedena. Dosud nebyla provedena studie, která by zkoumala názory pracovníků, kteří s uživateli metamfetaminu pracují, na možnost zavádění substituční léčby závislosti na metamfetaminu v ČR. CÍL: Cílem praktické části bylo zmapovat názory pracovníků ambulantních zařízení na možnost zavádění substituční léčby závislosti na metamfetaminu. Mezi sledované oblasti patřilo hodnocení úspěšnosti léčby závislosti na metamfetaminu v ambulantních zařízeních, rozdílnost v práci s uživateli podle užívané návykové látky, procentuální zastoupení uživateli metamfetaminu v zařízeních, vhodnost farmakoterapie závislosti na metamfetaminu pro klienty ambulantních zařízení a postavení substituční léčby závislosti na metamfetaminu podle respondentů. METODA: Výběrový soubor byl zvolen na základě záměrného účelového výběru přes instituce. Sběr dat proběhl metodou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru, který byl nahráván pomocí audio záznamu a následně transkribován. K analýze dat byla použita metoda zachycování vzorců. SOUBOR: Výzkumný soubor byl tvořen devíti respondenty (3 muži, 6 žen) Jednalo se o pracovníky vybraných ambulantních zařízení pro léčbu... BACKGROUND: Despite the high number of methamphetamine users in the Czech Republic, the treatment is still only abstinent. Pharmacotherapy in terms of substitution treatment is not yet in place. No study has yet been conducted to examine the views of workers working with methamphetamine users on the possibility of introducing substitution treatment for methamphetamine dependence in the Czech Republic. OBJECTIVE: The aim of the practical part was to map the opinions of outpatient staff on the possibility of introducing substitution treatment for methamphetamine dependence. The monitored area included the evaluation of the success of the treatment of methamphetamine dependence in outpatient settings, disparity in working with users by substance use, percentage of methamphetamine users in the facilities, the suitability of drug addiction to methamphetamine for clients of outpatient facilities and position of substitution treatment for methamphetamine, according to respondents. METHOD: The sample was elected on the basis of deliberate targeted selection through the institutions.
