Ošetřovatelská dokumentace anesteziologických sester není v naší zemi rozšířeným typem dokumentace. Na některých pracovištích je lékařský záznam o anestezii doplněný i o údaje potřebné pro identifikaci provedené ošetřovatelské péče. Na těchto pracovištích proto sestry nemají svojí samostatnou ošetřovatelskou dokumentaci, ale údaje zaznamenávají do dokumentace spolu s lékařem, případně pokračují v záznamech na list dekurzu. Každé zdravotnické zařízení v naší zemi má svůj originální systém vedení zdravotnické dokumentace, který tvoří logicky, v čase navazující celek. Cílem mé výzkumné práce bylo zjistit, spokojenost sester ve zkoumaném zdravotnickém zařízení se zavedeným systémem zdravotnické dokumentace, přesněji anesteziologické ošetřovatelské dokumentace, která souvisí (nejen) s operačními zákroky. Zmapovat kolik dokumentů je v souvislosti s operačním zákrokem vytvořeno a které z nich postihují záznamy o ošetřovatelské péči. Zda jsou přehledné, snadno dostupné a zachycují potřebné údaje pro všechny sestry, které se na péči o pacienta v operačních oborech podílejí. Volbou pro výzkum bylo kvantitativní šetření za pomoci dotazníku připraveného v písemné podobě. Respondetkami byly sestry z operačních oborů, ARO, JIP, dospávacího pokoje a anesteziologické sestry. Součástí výzkumu bylo studium... Nursing documentation of anesthetic nurses is not an common type of documentation in our country. In some workplaces, the medical record of anesthesia is supplemented with data needed to identify the nursing care provided. Therefore, nurses do not have their own nursing documentation at these workplaces, but they record the data in the documentation with the doctor, or continue the records on the decree sheet. Each medical facility in our country has its own system of health documentation, which makes a logical, continuous unit. The aim of my research was to find satisfaction of the nurses in the examined medical facility with the established system of medical documentation, more precisely anesthetic nursing documentation, which is related (not only) to surgical procedures. Describe how many documents are created in connection with the operation and which of them affect nursing care records. Whether they are clear, readily available, and capture the necessary data for all nurses involved in patient care in the operational fields. The choice for research was a quantitative survey using a questionnaire prepared in writing. Respondents were surgical nurses, ARO, ICU, adult room and anesthetist nurses.
