[cze][eng] Bakalářská práce s názvem "Olfaktorický marketing - využití přirozených a uměle šířených aroma v maloobchodních prodejnách přírodní kosmetiky" se zabývá využitím olfaktorického marketingu v in-store oblasti, a jeho vlivem na zákazníka. Práce bude rozdělena do dvou základních částí - teoretické a praktické. První kapitola v teoretické části, která se zabývá stručnou charakteristikou a analýzou aktuální situace in-store marketingu, je úvodem do tématiky celé práce. Druhá kapitola se věnuje fyziologii čichu a s ním úzce spojenou emoční pamětí, díky které může in-store marketing využívat olfactus jako nástroj efektivní podpory prodeje. Historie, principy a všeobecně o olfaktorickém marketingu pojednává poslední kapitola teoretické části této bakalářské práce. V této kapitole se podrobněji autorka textu věnuje rozdílům mezi uměle šířenými a přirozeně linoucími se vůněmi v místě prodeje. Olfaktorický marketing patří do oblasti jménem neuromarketing, který využívá lidské smysly - chuť, čich, zrak a sluch. Praktická část bakalářské práce je rozčleněna do čtyř základních kapitol. Každá část se zabývá jednou ze zkoumaných značek a jejich kamennými prodejnami. Kapitoly obsahují stručný popis vybraných značek - historie, zásady a myšlenky firmy, produktové řady. Následují výstupy ze získaných rozhovorů, které...The bachelor thesis "Olfactory marketing - The usage of natural and artificially propagated aroma in retail stores of natural cosmetic products" deals with the usage of olfactory marketing in the field of business and its influence on the customer. Thesis will be divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The first chapter in the theoretical part, which deals with the brief characteristics and analysis of the current situation of in-store marketing, is an introduction to the theme of the whole work. The second chapter deals with the physiology of smell and emotional memory, which enables in-store marketing to use olfactus as a tool for effective sales promotion. History, principles and olfactory marketing in general are discussed in the last chapter of the theoretical part of this bachelor thesis. In this chapter, the text author deals in with the differences between artificially propagated and naturally fading smells at the point of sale. Olfactory marketing is belong to neuromarketing. Sensory marketing use human senses - taste, smell, sight and hearing. The practical part of the bachelor thesis is divided into four chapters.
