Bakalářská práce řeší problematiku stravovacích návyků předškolních dětí a jejich pohybové aktivity. Práce je členěna na teoretickou část, která zpracovává poznatky, jež byly na toto téma publikovány, a praktickou část, která analyzuje stravování a pohybovou aktivitu předškolních dětí. Použité prameny jsou uvedeny v závěrečné kapitole práce. Cílem práce je shrnout významné poznatky týkající se dětské výživy a pohybové aktivity, a podat výsledky prováděného výzkumu. Teoretická část pojednává o charakteristice předškolního věku, specifických výživových doporučeních a nejčastějších výživových omezeních. Rozebírá důležité funkce tří hlavních makronutrientů a nejvýznamnějších mikronutrientů pro dané vývojové období. Zdůrazňuje význam pohybu a jeho vliv na zdraví dítěte, uvádí příklady vhodných pohybových aktivit a her pro děti. Praktická část se zabývá samotným výzkumem, který zahrnuje propočítání čtyřdenního příjmu nutrientů a vyhodnocení dotazníku týkajícího se pohybové aktivity předškolních dětí. Sledovaný soubor tvořilo 15 dětí ve věku 3 - 6 let z mateřské školy Strojařů v Chrudimi, jejichž výsledky zapisovali rodiče. Cílem výzkumu bylo zjistit stravovací návyky u předškolních dětí, příjem jednotlivých živin, jak často se děti věnují pohybovým aktivitám, druhy vykonávaných pohybových aktivit a kde... This bachelor thesis deals with theme of eating habits in preschool children and their physical activities. The thesis is divided into theoretical part, which process informations have been published about this topic and the practical part, which analyses eating and physical activities in preschool children. The sources used are mentioned in final chapter of the thesis. The objective of research was to summarize an important knowledge about children nutrition and their physical activity and submit results of the research. The theoretical part offers about characteristic of preschool period, specific dietary guidelines and the most frequent dietary restrictions, presents important roles of basic macronutriens and major micronutrients essentials in preschool age. Moreover this thesis devotes to importance of physical activity and its influence of children's health and gives examples of appropriate physical activities and games for children. The practical part analyzes the main research which includes calculation of intakes of nutrients and evaluation of questionnaire related to the physical activity of preschool children.
