Today's Pharmacists as the Clients of the Pharmacy See Them Author: Alena Vechterová Tutor: PharmDr. Helena Marešová Department of Social and Clinical Pharmacy, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové, Charles University Introduction: This thesis is focused on pharmacists' professional role, pharmaceutical care in community pharmacies and the public awareness thereof. Aim: The core aim of the experimental part was to obtain opinions on contemporary pharmacists from a pool of clients in Slovak and Czech Republic. Methodology: Questionnaire-based survey with both open- and closed-end questions. The survey had been carried out during the months of March and June 2017 in two pre- selected pharmacies in Liptovsky Hradok (Slovak Republic), two pharmacies in Hradec Kralove (Czech Republic) and with help of online Google Form. The acquired data had been processed and the results were published in the form of corresponding graphs and tables. Results: The total count of participants was 200 Slovak and 200 Czech clients. Patients coming to the pharmacy expect predominantly pharmacist's willingness to advise them on the choice of medication whilst at the same time majority of them trusts the pharmacist completely and considers their advice crucial to the selection process. Súčasní lekárnici očami klientov lekárne Autor: Alena Vechterová Vedúci diplomovej práce: PharmDr. Helena Marešová Katedra sociální a klinické farmacie, Farmaceutická fakulta v Hradci Králové, Univerzita Karlova Úvod: Diplomová práca sa zaoberá povolaním farmaceuta, lekárenstvom ako súčasťou systému zdravotnej starostlivosti a skúma povedomie laickej verejnosti o danej oblasti. Cieľ: Hlavným cieľom je zistiť názory klientov lekární na súčasných lekárnikov v Slovenskej a Českej republike. Metodika: Dotazníkové šetrenie s uzavretými a otvorenými otázkami. Prieskum prebiehal v mesiacoch marec - jún 2017 v dvoch vybraných lekárňach v Liptovskom Hrádku (Slovenská republika), v dvoch lekárňach v Hradci Králové (Česká republika) a na internete v podobre Google formulára. Získané údaje boli spracované do grafov a tabuliek. Výsledky: Prieskumu sa zúčastnilo 200 respondentov zo Slovenska a 200 respondentov z Česka. Klienti od lekárnika najčastejšie očakávajú ochotu poradiť pri výbere lieku, pričom väčšina lekárnikom plne dôveruje a považuje ich rady za smerodajné a tiež ich vníma ako najväčších odborníkov na lieky, s ktorými by boli ochotní konzultovať svoj zdravotný stav. Uvedomujú si ich vzdelanie, činnosti vykonávané v lekárni aj možnosť iného uplatnenia v oblasti liekov. Niekoľkí respondenti však uviedli...
