Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na optimalizaci zdanění fyzické osoby. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy a souvislosti týkající se daně z příjmů fyzických osob a sociálního a zdravotního pojištění podnikatelů, které jsou v dalších částech práce aplikovány na konkrétního poplatníka. V analytické části jsou uvedeny všechny potřebné údaje pro výpočet daňové povinnosti. V rámci vlastních návrhů řešení je s pomocí nástrojů daňové optimalizace zpracováno několik variant výpočtu daňové povinnosti poplatníka, včetně odvodů na sociální a zdravotní pojištění. Tyto varianty jsou mezi sebou porovnány, přičemž je poplatníkovi doporučena varianta, která mu zajistí nejvyšší čistý příjem.
This bachelor thesis is focused on the optimalization of the taxation of a natural person. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts and contexts related to the income tax of individuals and social and health insurance of entrepreneurs, which are applied in other parts of the work to a particular taxpayer. In the analytical part, all necessary information for tax lability calculation is provided. Further are created several variants of the tax liability, including social and health insurance payment, using the tax optimalization methods. These variants are compared with each other, and the best option providing the highest net income is recommended.
