Táto bakalárska práca sa zameriava na štúdiu procesov zákazky so zameraním na zákazníka v spoločnosti Kysucké pekárne a.s., ktorá sa špecializuje na výrobu a predaj pekárenských, cukrárenských výrobkov. Cieľom bude analyzovať súčasný stav podniku, optimalizovať logistické a výrobné procesy s ohľadom na dodacie termíny ku spokojnosti zákazníka. This bachelor thesis focuses on the study of contract proccesses with a focus on the customer at Kysucké pekárne a.s., witch specializes in production and sales of pastry, confectionery products. The aim will be to analyze the current state of the company, to optimize logistics and production processes with aspect to delivery time to customer satisfaction.
