Bakalárska práca popisuje a analyzuje motivačný systém vo firme Anasoft APR, s.r.o. V teoretickej časti sa venuje popisu motivácie a pojmov úzko vplývajúcich na motivačný systém. Obsahuje analytickú časť, kde sa sústredí na analýzu trendov na IT trhu a aktuálnemu stavu motivačného systému vo firme. Túto analýzu potom využíva pri konkrétnom návrhu riešenia zmien. Bachelor thesis describes and analyzes the motivational system of Anasoft APR, s.r.o. The theoretical part is dedicated to the description of motivation and other key words important for the motivational system. The thesis also contains an analytical part with focus on the analysis of the current motivational system in the company as well as trends on the IT market. This analysis is later used for a specific proposal of changes in the motivational system of the company.
