Zaměřením téhle bakalářské práce je studie nákupní činnosti v obchodní organizaci. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy, které jsou nutné k pochopení dané problematiky. Analytická část se věnuje analýze dodavatelsko-odběratelských vztahů obchodní společnosti ABC spol. s. r. o. V návrhové části se zaměřuji na návrhy zlepšení nalezených nedostatků. The aim of this bachelor thesis is a research about the supplier-customer relationships within a business corporation. The theoretical part primarily focuses on the basic concepts which are essential to understand the issues. Furthermore, in the second part, with the aid of selected quantities of material, I analyze the current situation of the business company ABC spol. s. r. o. The last part is suggesting some ideas how to improve the defects that have been discovered.
