Tato bakalářská práce analyzuje průběh zakázky výrobou společností Vezeko s.r.o., která se zabývá výrobou a servisem přívěsů a nástaveb pro osobní i kamionové automobily. Teoretická část obsahuje obeznámení s pojmy vztahujícími se k problematice této práce. V analýze současného stavu se věnuji činnostem, které souvisí s konkrétní zakázkou. Následně uvádím návrhy na zlepšení, jež mají za cíl navýšit hospodaření podniku. This bachelor thesis analyzes the course of the production by the company Vezeko s.r.o., which deals with the production and service of trailers and superstructures for cars and trucks. The theoretical part is familiar with terms related to the problems of this work. In the analysis of the current situation, I deal with activities that are related to a specific contract. Then I put forward suggestions for improvements, which are designed to improve the business management.
