Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zlepšením průběhu zakázky v podniku VMT Ecopack s.r.o. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou, která se věnuje teoretickým poznatkům a představení společnosti VMT Ecopack. s.r.o. a na část praktickou kde je popsaný současný průběh zakázky. Na základě zpracovaných analýz jsou vypracovány návrhy na změny, které mohou vést ke zlepšení průběhu zakázky. This bachelor thesis deals with the improvement during the engagement in the company VMT Ecopack s. r. o. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part, which deals with theoretical knowledge and VMT Ecopack s.r.o. is introduced and the practical part where the current course of the contract described. On the basis of the analyzed analyzes, proposals are made for changes that may lead to an improvement in the course of the contract.
