Bakalářská práce se zabývá hospodařením příspěvkové organizace z oblasti kultury, konkrétně Horáckým divadlem Jihlava. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První část popisuje teoretická východiska, další část analyzuje současné hospodaření organizace. Závěr obsahuje návrhy a doporučení pro optimalizaci nákladů a zlepšení finanční situace sestavené po celkovém zhodnocení hospodaření organizace veřejného sektoru. This bachelor‘s thesis deals with the economic activities of the state-funded institution, from the cultural area, namely the theatre called Horácké divadlo Jihlava. The work is divided into three parts. The first part describes a theoretical knowledge, the second one acquaints with the current organization’s situation. At the end, the work incorporates recommendations for a cost optimization and a financial situation improvement compiled on the basis of the previous analysis of the public sector organization.
