[eng][cze] A surface layer in depth 1 nm to 300 nm on Fe94Si6 alloy samples was investigated. Phase composition of the surfaces of samples annealed in vacuum, oxygen, and argon atmospheres was analysed by using x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and Mossbauer spectroscopy.V práci je popsáno studium povrchové vrstvy 1 nm až 300 nm na vzorku slitiny Fe94Si6. Fázové složení povrchu vzorků žíhaných ve vakuu a atmosférách kyslíku a argonu bylo analyzováno pomocí fotolektronové spektroskopie(XPS) a Mössbauerovy spektroskopie.
